About DGYF-600 electromagnetic induction foil capping machine
The DGYF-600 is a portable, handheld electromagnetic induction foil capping machine designed to create an airtight, tamper-evident, and leak-proof seal on plastic and glass bottles. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and chemical industries to extend product shelf life.
How It Works:
The machine utilizes electromagnetic induction to heat the aluminum foil liner inside a bottle cap.
- Application: An induction liner (which typically includes a wax, foil, and polymer layer) is placed inside the cap.
- Induction: When the operator places the machine's sealing head over the capped bottle, it generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field.
- Sealing: This field creates eddy currents in the foil, generating rapid resistive heat. The heat melts the wax layer, allowing the foil to adhere permanently to the rim of the container.
