About HALWA MAKING MACHINE
A halwa making machine is a commercial-grade appliance designed to mass-produce halwa by automating the continuous heating, stirring, and mixing process. It eliminates manual labor, ensures consistent texture, and prevents the ingredients from burning or sticking.
Core Components & Mechanics:
- Cooking Bowl (Kadai): Usually constructed from thick, food-grade Stainless Steel (SS 304). The thick base prevents localized hot spots.
- Agitator/Mixing Arms: Motorized, twin-armed mixing systems (often featuring Teflon scrapers) that continuously twist, turn, and scrape the mixture from the sides and bottom.
- Heating Source: Equipped with high-capacity LPG gas burners, steam generators, or electric heating elements with precise temperature control.
- Tilting Mechanism: Allows operators to effortlessly tilt the entire cooking vessel to empty the thick halwa into trays for cooling and shaping.
- Capacity: Ranges widely from 20 kg to over 100 kg per batch for commercial models.
